Sara-Sati Ramprashad is a visual communicator and storyteller based in London, Ontario. 

She enjoys crafting narrative-driven design solutions that visualize complex ideas and creatively solve problems, all with a playful touch. 

Inspired by her Indo-Caribbean roots and passion for representation in creative spaces, Sara-Sati spends her spare time telling the untold stories of her community through her art on The Peppa Pot Podcast.

A series of four illustrations that depict 19^th-century medical practices. Inspired by surgical materials, Sara-Sati evokes a visceral reaction with her stylization. 

Hearts in the Ice

This infographic tells the story of the first all-woman team to overwinter in the far north of Norway. Two citizen scientists, Sunniva Sorby and Hilde Fålun Strøm, collected data to understand climate change impacts in polar regions. They shared their findings and research with the world from the historic cabin Bamsebu in Svalbard, Norway. Their organization, Hearts in the Ice, documents the efforts of these unsung heroes.
