Her love for worldbuilding grew from studying classic films and animations, inspiring her to craft spaces that audiences long to step into.

Sweeney Todd: Set Design

This visual development project explores the inviting yet unnerving streets, authentic interiors, and lived-in props, transforming the setting into an active storyteller. The Figures of Korea

A series of posters capturing figures from Korea’s past to present, showcasing the nation’s evolution through time. Blending portraiture with historically significant props and decorative elements, each piece tells the story of individuals who shaped Korea’s cultural and historical identity.

The Nutcracker: Ancient Korea

This series of illustration key frames reimagines The Nutcracker in an ancient Korean setting. Set during Seollal (Korean New Year) instead of Christmas Eve, the story unfolds within a traditional Hanok rather than a European home. This creative twist on the beloved tale celebrates Korea’s rich heritage through costume, architecture, and traditions.
