Andrew Presutto
Andrew is an illustrator and designer with a stylistic approach that has been described as ‘retro-futuristic’ and juxtaposes graphic shapes with energetic textures. He is drawn to bold colours (especially black and white, which he definitely counts as colours). He collages textural qualities into his digital workflow by using traditional and nonconventional media (such as that one time when he used food colouring because he ran out of watercolour).
He regularly finds inspiration in: abstraction, natural landscapes, biology, queer culture, classical mythology, and ancient history. He loves food, fashion (that he can’t afford) and living neatly and minimally.
