The Lion and the Raven
An interactive children’s pop-up book featuring six handcrafted mechanisms, following a lion and a raven on a journey of adventure, friendship, and self-acceptance.
The Monologue of Merlin
A ten-page accordion book based on an original poem, inspired by Arthurian legend and the BBC television series, Merlin. Told through Merlin’s voice, the book reflects on Arthur’s life, expressing enduring loyalty and guardianship. The work unfolds into a continuous scroll, extending the sense of time and memory.
Fantasy Market Scenes
A series of illustrated fantasy shop environments set within a reimagined marketplace. The scenes capture the market just before opening, quiet and empty, featuring a moss-covered tavern, a crystal jewelry shop, and a lava bakery.
Sundial Garden
Inspired by a scene from Samantha Shannon’s novel, The Priory of the Orange Tree, this trailer follows the viewpoint of a raven as it glides through the garden. What begins in bright sunlight slowly shifts into a tense and unsettling atmosphere, hinting at a crimson-tinted moment beneath the surface.
Journeys Beyond the Mountains
An original East Asian fantasy world following a young tiger spirit newly descended from the mountains. The story explores themes of friendship, adventure, and growth while drawing on Chinese intangible cultural heritage. Developed across a PV, character narratives, and an interactive website, the project includes cultural lore, maps, geography, and character profiles.
