Carol Li
Carol is a Toronto-based comic artist and illustrator from the Chinese diaspora. From a young age, she was influenced by American cartoons, anime, manga, and Webtoons. Since then, Carol has strived to tell funny and heartfelt stories that connect with Gen Z living worldwide. In her free time, Carol likes to listen to music, read books, and play badminton.
Triple Threat
A story about three individuals from different time periods who swap places against their will. The victims: Claire, a hardworking film student from sunny LA; Chen, a not-so-noble nobleman from the Qing dynasty; Cyrus, a young, jaded alien hunter from a futuristic dystopian city.
Triple Threat Covers
This trilogy of dust covers for the story Triple Threat features the characters in time periods other than their own. These book covers encapsulate the atmosphere and energy of the different settings and visualize the adventure of the main characters.
Three Summers
A growing romance between two childhood best friends who once had a falling out. Centres on the nostalgia of living in Mainland China and the ups and downs of growing up there.
Wine Labels
The Seven Deadly Sins inspired these images of gluttony as two ladies eating apples reflect the refreshing and fruity taste of the wine.
